ADHD Coach WA provides coaching sessions designed to support individuals in managing ADHD. Please be aware that our coaching is distinct from medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. It is essential that you consult appropriate healthcare professionals if needed.

2.2 Client Accountability
While ADHD Coach WA helps facilitate personal growth and strategy development, the actions you take as a result of coaching remain your responsibility. The outcomes of coaching sessions are dependent on your active participation and implementation of agreed-upon strategies.

3. Session Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for session cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice, or failure to attend, may result in the full session fee being charged, unless the cancellation is due to a verifiable emergency, which will be considered on an individual basis.

3.2 Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided for services rendered or for cancellations that do not comply with the notice period. This policy is in alignment with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
